According to the resolution language, Kopper Glo Mining will perform maintenance and repairs on the permitted and bonded section on a schedule the company says will be timelier than the county highway department’s routine schedule. The resolution states the road will remain a permanent road after mining and reclamation are complete. The motion carried on a 20–0 roll-call vote.
There was no separate recorded amendment to the resolution at the meeting beyond an earlier agenda clarification to rename the road to 'Creek Road' to avoid confusion with Straight Creek Road.
