Chairwoman Kelly Collins was re-elected by acclamation after a nomination from Commissioner Julie Guinn; the commission then elected Commissioner Robert Acuff as vice chair in a voice vote that produced a 13–7 split. The votes were recorded electronically and the new leadership will serve the commission for the coming term.
