Carter County names Long Hollow Road crossing 'Blackeye McKinney Memorial Bridge'

County Attorney Josh Hardin read the resolution during the meeting and Commissioner Danny Deal moved the measure with a second from Thomas Proffitt. The electronic roll call recorded 18 yes votes and the resolution carried.
The designation is ceremonial; the resolution was presented during the recognition portion of the agenda and the motion did not include associated funding or construction instructions.
