The appropriation moves the project from prior approval into active funding; the resolution does not include a vendor contract, project schedule, or estimated completion date in the minutes. The commission recorded the appropriation as an increase to account 101.51800.724 SITE DEVELOPMENT funded by a decrease to 101.39000 UNASSIGNED FUND BALANCE.
