Later in the meeting Supervisor Keith Costello moved and Supervisor Patrick Groseclose seconded approval of the Rocky Gap Grill entertainment permit and fee waiver; the motion carried. The minutes record that the agenda had been amended earlier to remove the Rocky Gap Grill entertainment permit and a DHCD dental clinic bid request; the transcript also records the later approval of the permit without explanation for the sequence in the minutes.
Supervisor Keith Costello moved to approve trash adjustments for June through September 2025 totaling $3,280.83; Supervisor Stephen Kelley seconded and the roll-call vote was recorded as unanimous.
