Tazewell County CPMT approves Pure Life Counseling service agreement

The provider, Shelby Mitchell of Pure Life Counseling and Testing, had presented her services to FAPT members at a Dec. 4 meeting and FAPT requested the provider’s documentation and contract be submitted to CPMT for review. The CPMT packet included the contract and supporting provider documentation.
Members said the addition would expand options available to families and to FAPT. The minutes do not specify contract value, term length, or other financial details; those items were not included in the material in today’s packet and are listed as not specified in the meeting record.
The approval was recorded during the open portion of the Dec. 18 CPMT meeting; the board adjourned at 11:15 a.m. The next CPMT meeting is scheduled for Jan. 22, 2024.
