Motions to approve these items were made and seconded and recorded as unanimously passed in the minutes.
The coordinator included the county’s OCS Audit Work Plan and noted the supplemental allocation submission was intended to ensure service continuity through the fiscal year end. The minutes do not list per‑vendor dollar allocations tied to the decisions recorded at the meeting.
