Commissioner Walter Thompson moved to exit the public hearing after no applicant appearance, and Chairman Tharpe subsequently moved to defer the public hearing and the commission’s recommendation to the next meeting. The motion carried unanimously.
Because the applicants were not present, commissioners did not hear testimony or review additional materials; the item will return for public hearing and consideration at the commission’s next scheduled meeting.
