EUPTA director: Drummond V design to be a double-ender; Drummond III near completion

On Drummond III, Paramski said all steel work is complete; remaining items include aesthetics, non-skid surfacing, fuel provisioning and sea trials. MCM agreed to moor the vessel for the winter at no charge, and a U.S. Coast Guard annual inspection is scheduled for next week. Staff said the remaining work will be finished in spring while the vessel remains in the water.
