Board Chair John Waltman called the Eastern Upper Peninsula Transportation Authority meeting to order at 3:02 p.m. Wednesday and recorded a unanimous set of procedural votes that included changing the board's September meeting date.
The board, with members John Waltman, Lynda Garlitz and Jeff Middlestead present and two members excused, approved the special meeting agenda on a motion by Board member Lynda Garlitz and a second from Board member Jeff Middlestead.
Board member Lynda Garlitz moved that the board move its scheduled Sept. 9 meeting to Sept. 5 at 9:00 a.m.; Jeff Middlestead seconded the motion. The board carried the motion unanimously.
There was no public comment during the public-comment period. With business concluded, Garlitz moved to adjourn, Middlestead seconded, and the meeting was adjourned at 3:13 p.m. Bonnie Kaunisto is listed as the recording secretary on the minutes.
The board's roll call listed John Waltman, Lynda Garlitz and Jeff Middlestead as present and Joe Henne and Brandon Wheeler as excused.
