The Charlevoix County Board voted to accept an agreement with Pivot Point Partners LLC on Oct. 8 to replace the county's limited online parcel search and mapping services.
Emily Selph, county director of equalization, said Pivot Point provided a scope of services and agreed to waive development and the first-year subscription fees. The minutes record that the annual maintenance fee after year one will be $14,000. The Building and Grounds Committee recommended approval and the board authorized the chairman to sign the agreement.
The board’s action replaces a mix of existing tools — described in the minutes as Revise, BS&A delinquent tax search, and Mango online mapping — with a single provider intended to improve transparency and public access to parcel data. The transcript does not provide implementation timing or contract value beyond the annual maintenance figure for years after the first.
