Trash court: Kippenbrocks keep clean-up work ongoing and case remains open

Commissioner Chad A. Blessinger reviewed the board’s prior rulings. The minutes state a $560 fine issued on June 16, 2025, was paid that same day and the Kippenbrocks supplied receipts for disposal of metal and trash. Board members noted items have been centralized on the property but that an abundance of materials remain visible; the Kippenbrocks indicated they are still working on clean-up and that Mrs. Kippenbrock did not want to erect a fence or structure to block visibility.
The board reiterated expectations: keep items stored neatly in a central location (not along property edges), move items to a central location and (if built) have a fence or structure to block visibility from surrounding properties and the public road, and ensure visible vehicles show proof of current state registration (which the Kippenbrocks provided). The minutes record the board’s consensus to keep the case open and continue periodic review.
