The bids for the Schwenk and Steckler homes exceeded the per‑home threshold; Matheis said she will confer with State offices for guidance on those over‑threshold awards.
On electrical and other trade bids, Matheis recommended acceptance of bids received May 5 (including multiple Hulsman and Huntingburg Mechanical entries listed in the record). The board voted to accept the bids as presented.
