Jaikob Djerf briefed the Houghton County Board on four responses to a GIS request for proposals during the Nov. 3 work session. Chairman Tom Tikkanen asked that the selected service be user friendly for county staff and elected officials. Commissioner Roy Britz asked Djerf to forward the presentation to the board and to present a recommendation at the next monthly board meeting.
No procurement decision was made at the work session; the board requested further recommendation and presentation at the next regular meeting.
