Fulton County commissioners on Nov. 4 approved payables dated Nov. 5, 2025, totaling $125,199.21 across funds. Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives read the fund-level breakdown: General Fund $82,656.72; Law Library $192.30; 911 $12,998.07; Debt Service $28,833.66; Pass-thru Funds $518.46. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the payables; the motion carried with all commissioners voting in favor.
The board approved an updated PIMCC (Prison Inmate Medical Cost Containment) Associate Member Fee Agreement through CCAP. Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives told commissioners the county has not needed to use the program to date, but the updated agreement would be executed; the program carries a one-time fee of $19 if used.
Commissioners also approved and executed a letter to Community State Bank concerning the Treasurer's Office transition tied to the early retirement of Bonnie Mellott Keefer and approved a resolution from F&M Trust Bank updating signers on all Treasurer's Office bank accounts. The motions were recorded as carried "all in favor." The meeting adjourned at 12:01 p.m.
