• Minutes and finance: Commissioners approved the Nov. 25, 2025 meeting minutes; payroll dated Dec. 12, 2025 ($151,302.01); and payables dated Dec. 9, 2025 ($152,517.49), with fund-level totals noted in the minutes.
• Appointments: Four Planning Commission reappointments (Paula Shives, James Gress, Jeremy Fletcher, Tim Newman) for four-year terms ending Dec. 31, 2029; and a Conservation District Director reappointment for Russell McLucas for the same term length.
• Contracts and services: Approval of a TelePlus Protection System Extended Service Agreement (Silver Maintenance Coverage Plan) for $14,040.56 covering Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2026; approval of Conrad Siegel Inc. invoices for actuarial and investment advisory services ($5,700 and $3,844.25) to be paid from pension accounts/plan assets; and approval of Elect IT contract Addenda A (IT staffing/support), B (managed backup), and C (cybersecurity awareness and phishing simulations).
• Program adoption: Commissioner Hann moved to approve the 2025 State Food Plan as submitted by Sue Cubbage; the motion carried.
• Banking and operations: Commissioners approved bank signature-authority updates as presented by Community State Bank and authorized changes to Treasurer’s Office operating procedures as presented by Interim County Treasurer Amy Bishop.
All recorded motions in the minutes are reported as carrying "All in favor." Commissioner Wible moved to adjourn at 11:02 a.m.
