Nelson County accepts resignation of Building & Grounds worker, will advertise to fill post

Commissioner Steve Forde moved to accept the resignation; Commissioner Aaron Mork seconded the motion and all members — Cody Johnson, Aaron Mork, Mike Haugland, Cameron Swenson and Steve Forde — voted yes.
After accepting the resignation, the commission voted unanimously on a motion by Commissioner Forde, seconded by Commissioner Mork, to advertise for the Building & Grounds Supervisor position.
Parks also presented a letter of interest from Harley Eidsness for reappointment to the Nelson County Park Board. Commissioner Aaron Mork moved to reappoint Eidsness; Commissioner Mike Haugland seconded, and the motion carried on a unanimous vote.
The board opened the meeting by approving the Aug. 20 minutes and an amended agenda, and later approved bills as presented. With no further business, the commission adjourned.
