Commissioner Marty Meyer moved to approve the bills, and Commissioner Al Roy Hochhalter seconded. The roll call vote recorded Meyer, Hochhalter and Chairman Alton Zenker as voting aye. The bills list included a $29,342.27 payment to Tyler Technologies, $6,364.99 to Visa, $4,108.66 to North Dakota State Radio Communications and multiple smaller vendor payments; the full vendor list was presented with the motion.
