The Morton County Commission on Oct. 9 approved a package of routine agenda items, adopted a land-use code amendment addressing carbon dioxide collection facilities and accepted bids for the county Law Enforcement Center (LEC) project, increasing the previously approved total to $930,000.
At the start of the meeting Chairman Nathan Boehm confirmed attendance and the commission approved the meeting agenda, the Sept. 23 minutes, bills and payroll, and abatements #7153-7154. The board also authorized the chairman to sign a contract with Eagleview.
