Commission approves trail resolution, licenses, fund transfers and audit of claims

Stanley Dick moved and Greg Goodman seconded approval of a proxy for the Chairman of the NDIRF Board of Directors at the upcoming annual meeting; motion carried.
On statutory transfers, Commissioner Nick Moser moved to transfer $21,764.07 from the Road & Bridge Fund to cities in Cavalier County, as required by NDCC 24-05-01(2) (seconded by Austin Lafrenz); motion carried. Moser also moved to transfer $2,028.75 from the Road & Bridge Fund to the Road & Bridge Equipment Replacement Fund (seconded by Greg Goodman); motion carried.
Commissioner Greg Goodman moved, and Stanley Dick seconded, to review and approve the audit of claims. The printed minutes list numerous vendor and payroll claims across departments; the motion carried and individual roll-call votes were not recorded. The meeting record closes with a motion by Stanley Dick to adjourn at 11:10 a.m., seconded by Austin Lafrenz; motion carried.
