The Dunn County Board of County Commissioners voted Feb. 4 to award the Manning Waterline Improvement Project to JK Excavation & Construction, the low bidder at $1,500,300.
Bartlett & West conducted a bid opening at 10:00 a.m. that day and listed five bids: JK Excavation & Construction $1,500,300; JR Civil $1,650,290; Western Municipal Construction $1,665,190; Wagner Construction $1,968,710; BEK Consulting $2,196,900. Bartlett & West recommended the low bidder and the board moved to accept that recommendation.
Commissioner Pelton moved to award the contract and Commissioner Olson seconded. On roll call all commissioners voted aye and the motion carried. Bartlett & West will proceed with the next contract administration steps for the Manning Waterline Improvement Project.
