Chief Appraiser Chuck Anglin presented the requests. On a motion by Shona Bales, seconded by Virginia Daley, the board unanimously approved the digital download of the 2026 NADA schedules for pre‑billed manufactured housing. Separately, on a motion by Virginia Daley, seconded by John Richter, the board unanimously approved the download of the 2026 ABOS schedules and ordered a reappraisal of all marine equipment for 2026. The approval sheet for the ABOS download and reappraisal was signed and attached to the minutes.
The actions authorize staff to apply updated schedules to valuation work for the 2026 tax year and to carry out a countywide marine equipment reappraisal as documented in the minutes.
