Commissioner Gerald Blocker moved to table the abandonment until the next commission meeting; Commissioner Jeremy Hall seconded and the motion passed unanimously (5-0).
Other motions: Commissioner Robert Parker moved to waive additional 2024 fees aside from the $150 Fire Safety Fee (passed 5-0); Commissioner Blocker moved to approve the Preliminary Plat for Tibet Road Subdivision Phase II (passed 4-1). The board recorded no executive session business and adjourned after completing the agenda.
