She reported meeting with Rep. Lessa Hagan, Rep. Clay Pirkle and Senator Carden Summers to discuss local issues and legislation that could affect south Georgia.
Harmon said transportation weight limits were a topic receiving attention and that proposed bills likely will change as they move through the House and Senate. She relayed that Representatives Hagan and Senator Summers offered their availability to assist the county with state legislative concerns.
