Davis to prepare a draft agreement for review by all parties.
Separately, the city offered a parcel of land adjacent to the city’s fire-training facility for a proposed Unadilla EMS station, with a reversion clause: if the tract ever ceases to be used as an EMS facility it would revert to the city. County leaders asked for additional details and assigned a commissioner to follow up with the city to clarify terms, site conditions and the county’s obligations.
