Kelloggsville updates emergency-preparedness plan to include DEI, first-responder maps and suicide-prevention training

The district will place the revised Emergency Operations Plan on the Sept. 23 consent agenda for formal board action. Meeting minutes indicate these items were presented as proposals without a recorded vote on Sept. 9.
