Commissioner Williams then moved to table the petition until Walker submitted a draft order from her attorney; Shullanberger seconded. The motion carried with three ayes and was recorded in the meeting minutes as tabled pending submission of attorney‑drafted documents.
The board did not make a final decision on the vacation at the session; the petitioner is expected to return with attorney-prepared documents if she wishes to proceed.
