Commissioner Williams moved to accept the 15th Amendment to the Oregon Health Authority 2023–2025 Intergovernmental Agreement as presented; Vice‑Chair Shullanberger seconded. - 2025 Lake County Weed Management List: Jason Jaeger and Curtis Foster presented the annual weed list and an updated complaint‑first, cost‑share approach to weed control. Commissioner Williams moved to accept the 2025 Lake County Weed Management List as presented; Vice‑Chair Shullanberger seconded. Vote: 3 Ayes — motion carried.
The board made no other formal motions during the session and did not adopt ordinances at the meeting.
