Lake County approves $18,000 amendment to Adult Drug Court grant

Community Corrections Director Jake Greer appeared via Zoom and told the board the amendment would move $18,000 back into funds that had previously been removed by the Criminal Justice Commission. Vice-Chair Barry Shullanberger moved to approve the amendment and Commissioner James Williams seconded; the motion carried on a 3-0 vote.
The amendment was presented as an administrative correction to funding previously adjusted by the Criminal Justice Commission. No public comment or dissenting views were recorded during the meeting. The board did not set additional conditions for expenditure during the session.
