Commissioners approve $1,500 to finish community pickleball court

Brenda Henry and Marla Reinert, who updated the board on the project, asked for $1,500–$2,000 to buy paint and a line-taping machine. Commissioner Alan A. Solko moved to allocate $1,500; Commissioner Lincoln Pochop seconded the motion and it carried.
The presenters discussed volunteers who would do the on-site work and said the requested funds would cover materials and equipment rental or purchase. The commissioners did not attach additional conditions when they approved the funding.
The county will draw the money from the County Building Fund; no further procedural steps were recorded in the minutes. The board continued with other agenda items and later adjourned at 11:16 a.m.
