Tom, representing Spirtas, said he would check with his supervisor about the $300 price. Meeting minutes record that Spirtas and Terracotta described their asbestos certification and separation procedures and noted an existing contract with USD 105 governing demolition disposal; the commissioners asked Castens to await confirmation from Tom before taking further steps.
