Commissioners approve multiple contract increases for The Meadows at Osborn Park, including $450,000 management increase

Erie County commissioners on Jan. 15 approved a slate of revised Auditor’s Certificates that add funds to a variety of vendor contracts and service agreements, many tied to The Meadows at Osborn Park long-term care operations.
Among the larger items, the board approved an additional $450,000 for CHS Erie Management for administration and operation of The Meadows at Osborn Park. The county also authorized increases for ICP, Inc. (Institutional Care Pharmacy) totaling $405,000 across pharmaceuticals ($325,000), adult incontinent care products ($60,000) and respiratory services ($20,000). Select Rehabilitation received a $250,000 increase for staffing services, and PointClickCare was increased by $50,000 for subscription and service agreements.
Other authorizations included additional amounts for clinical lab services, diagnostic services, copier/printer leases, telephone-service adjustments (Omni Fiber), and consulting support (Plante & Moran — $21,000) for accounting assistance on PointClickCare. The board approved all items on the revised Auditor’s Certificates list.
The meeting record lists many line items by vendor and increased amounts but does not detail contract start or end dates in the minutes.
