County administrator moves to shrink ADAMHS board from 14 to 9 members; resolution drafted

Solowiej asked for feedback from the ADAMHS board and said he had left the comment period open through the end of February but had not received additional input. He emphasized the planned gradual transition to avoid immediate terminations of current members.
