Commissioners receive Emerson Creek amendment; RUMA under review with developer to cover road repairs

Solowiej told the Board the RUMA will include provisions requiring Apex Clean Energy, the project developer, to repair any property damage that occurs during the course of construction or operations. Commissioners received the amendment application notice via correspondence noted on the agenda.
The Board also received a letter from Dickinson Wright PLLC regarding the Emerson Creek third amendment application, which was included among the meeting materials. No formal action was taken during the brief informational update; the RUMA review was described as ongoing.
