Solowiej said the request was discussed at a Shores & Islands meeting on May 16 and subsequently forwarded to the Visitors and Convention Bureau Board for its consideration. Commissioner Old asked Solowiej to follow up and obtain the results of that bureau vote; the transcript records no final action on the camera request during the May 21 meeting.
