Charlotte County approves VDOT six-year plan changes; Keysville roundabout on schedule for November 2024

He said a sinkhole that opened on Route 360 has been patched and is being monitored. Lokker also said Fenando Road will be added to the six-year plan and Elam Road will be moved up in priority; Double Bridges Road will remain the Board’s top priority. The Keysville roundabout is on schedule for completion in November 2024. Mowing and spraying operations have begun.
Supervisor Walker moved and Supervisor Smith seconded a motion to move forward with VDOT’s six-year plan incorporating the discussed changes; the motion passed with all members present voting Aye.
