Administrator Daniel N. Witt reported that US Cellular tower lease agreements are finalized and the County will receive a one-time backpay deposit of $25,792 for August 2023; going forward the County will receive $1,648 per month with an annual 3% escalator. Witt said US Cellular will own and maintain the tower and provide the County with free space on the tower.
