Llano County commissioners approve ESD audit, donation, deputy bond and 12.981-acre plat in unanimous votes

The court approved a county resolution backing efforts to fight a potential screwworm threat in Texas and the United States. Commissioner Jerry Don Moss moved the resolution; Commissioner Linda Raschke seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Commissioner Linda Raschke moved to accept a $25,000 donation from the White Family Foundation to the Llano County Sheriff’s Donation Fund; Commissioner Brent Richards seconded and the court approved the donation unanimously.
The court approved a Western Surety Company bond for Kevin Dumas to serve as a Llano County Deputy Sheriff. Commissioner Raschke moved the bond approval; Commissioner Moss seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
On land-use business, Commissioner Brent Richards moved to approve the plat for a 12.981-acre tract to be known as “Wood Shores,” described in Official Public Records Document No. 24-02778, with the stipulation that the bond include roads; Commissioner Raschke seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The meeting record shows all motions as "unanimous"; the minutes list Presiding Officer Judge Ron Cunningham and Commissioners Peter Jones, Linda Raschke, Brent Richards and Jerry Don Moss as present. The court later entered an executive session and returned to open session with no further action, then adjourned at 11:16 a.m.
