Columbia Gas to replace about 2,800 feet of pipe in Snow Road corridor; work to take ~4 months, city says

Service Director Sepik informed Parma Heights City Council that Columbia Gas has begun pre-construction notification for a gas-line replacement project affecting roughly 80 properties in the Snow Road corridor.
"Columbia Gas will begin their gas line project, replacement of approximately 2,800 feet of new pipe which will service about 80 properties," Sepik said. He specified the work will be concentrated between Parkhill and Eldon on Snow Road, Wakefield between Snow and Elmor, and Ella Drive between Snow and Pearl, and estimated the project should be completed in about four months. Sepik asked residents with questions to contact Columbia Gas directly.
Sepik also announced city shred events scheduled for April 22 and Sept. 28 and reiterated the request that residents limit materials to two boxes or bags and bring identification for the event.
