Parma Heights council approves 2024 appropriations, authorizes grant application and insurance solicitation

Resolution No. 2024-33 (authorizing disposal of obsolete city vehicles and equipment through GovPlanet/IronPlanet) and Ordinance No. 2024-37 (establishing compensation for various city employees) were read; both were noted as second readings and no final vote was recorded during this session.
During the communications portion of the meeting council approved a liquor-permit request for House Kitchen Social LLC (6863 W 130th) after the police chief reported no objection; Clerk Allen recorded the motion as carried.
