The court also approved resale of trust property ID 10489 (lot 59 of Clay Original Tow Site) to Cassandra Carter, contingent on further discussion with Ms. Carter and John Banks to clarify a septic issue; that motion was made by Commissioner Urbanosky and seconded by Commissioner David Hildebrand and passed unanimously.
On intergovernmental contracting, the court approved a non‑financial Child Welfare Services contract with the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services, covering Oct. 1, 2025 through Sept. 30, 2032. Commissioner Dwayne Faust moved the contract approval, seconded by Commissioner David Hildebrand; attachments were noted in the record and the motion passed unanimously.
The court also approved the amended plat for Aguilar Subdivision at 3327 CR 116 (motion by Commissioner Faust, seconded by Commissioner Vincent Svec), renewed participation in the ARTS 2025 (Affordable Care Act reporting) program with the Texas Association of Counties (motion by Commissioner Hildebrand, seconded by Commissioner Svec), and authorized Road & Bridge Precinct 2 to pave Hull Street for the City of Snook with an updated estimate of $10,066.51 (motion by Commissioner Svec, seconded by Commissioner Urbanosky). Each of these actions passed on unanimous aye votes.
The court further authorized payment of county bills (motion by Commissioner David Hildebrand, seconded by Commissioner Vincent Svec) and then adjourned (motion by Commissioner Hildebrand, seconded by Commissioner Dwayne Faust); both motions were approved unanimously.
