Director David Dominguez moved and Ginny Barmore seconded approval of the Oct. 30, 2024 meeting minutes; the motion passed 5-0. Dominguez then moved, and Ben Burnham seconded, approval of the October financial statements; that motion passed 5-0. Director Ginny Barmore moved and Ben Burnham seconded approval of the October payment of bills; the board approved that motion 5-0.
The board reviewed correspondence from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality: the Annual Joint Groundwater Monitoring and Contamination Report and a notice of a public meeting and proposed renewal of General Permit TXG670000 authorizing the discharge of wastewater (dates on the notices: Nov. 7 and Nov. 8, 2024). The board set its next meeting for Dec. 19, 2024, with permits listed as items for consideration.
The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m. after a motion by Ben Burnham, seconded by Ginny Barmore, approved 5-0.
