The board opened a public hearing on the proposed tax rate at 5:13 p.m. and received no public comment before closing the hearing at 5:14 p.m. Director David Dominguez moved to adopt the resolution setting the rate; Director Cecil Lee seconded, and the board recorded the vote as 5-0 in favor.
