Consultants say socioeconomic impacts can be quantified for Reeves County groundwater model; board to decide depth of analysis

The minutes do not record a specific scope, cost estimate or timeline for adding socioeconomic analysis to the project. No board action was taken on the modeling project at the meeting.
The board may revisit the modeling project's scope once it decides how quantitative an economic assessment it wants; the minutes list permits and other items for the Dec. 19 meeting.
