The board also approved the minutes of the April 17, 2025 regular meeting, the April financial statements, and payment of April bills. The motions to approve the minutes, the financial statements and payment of bills were each seconded and carried unanimously (6-0).
These actions maintain the district's operational and financial authorizations and keep routine governance records current. No further discussion or amendments were recorded.
