Parmer County approves routine payroll and payables, and allocates TAC HEBP surplus to Healthy County fund

May proposed depositing the funds into the county’s Healthy County account to expand employee wellness programming and continue the Wellness Incentive Program. Judge Isabel Izzy Carrasco moved to deposit the funds; Commissioner Kirk Frye seconded and the motion passed by majority vote.
