Commissioner Smith then moved to approve the Anne G. Basker Auditorium rental applications; Commissioner Barnett seconded. On roll call, Smith and Barnett voted yes and the motion carried 2-0.
Later in the meeting, Commissioner Barnett raised the application process to appoint (Commissioner Position 1 remains vacant) and asked whether an attorney had been secured; Commissioner Ron Smith declined to comment. The meeting adjourned at 2:01 p.m.
