Councilperson Moss moved to approve the site plan as last revised May 5, 2023, and Councilperson Cunliffe seconded; the motion was adopted with six ayes (Scoby, Johnson, Barrus, Moss, Cunliffe and Linton) and one abstention (Councilperson Lehman, who recused himself from the discussion). The council’s decision incorporated findings and recommendations from Williams & Works staff reports dated Oct. 20, 2022; Dec. 1, 2022; Jan. 6, 2023; Apr. 20, 2023; and June 2, 2023.
