President Terry Hughes called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and a roll call listed seven board members and two staff members. Board member Johnetta Tabron moved to accept the printed agenda; Frankie Brooks supported the motion, which was recorded as passing 6-0.
Board member Stacey White moved, with support from Johnetta Tabron, to enter a closed session specifically to conduct the superintendent's 2025''1026 evaluation.
