Staff noted that absent curb and sidewalk, streetlight placement would be less straightforward.
Cory Johnson recused himself from consideration of this item. The council then moved (Travis Kay) and seconded (Byron Lewis) approval of the tentative map and all requested variances. The motion passed with the vote recorded as unanimous among voting members present; Councilmember Joe Bjornn was absent and Johnson did not participate.
